A pillar of international show jumping, Eric Levallois brings to Haras de Beaufour a lifetime of experience as both a top-level rider and a visionary breeder. As a competitor, he earned multiple European Championship titles, became French Champion, and achieved global recognition with his team gold medal at the World Equestrian Games aboard the legendary Diamant de Semilly.

Drawing on his deep classical training background, Eric oversees the entire program at Haras de Beaufour. His breeding expertise—refined over decades—centers on producing horses with strong ethics, careful minds, and the balance needed for modern sport. Through thoughtful selection and patient development, he has established Haras de Beaufour as a reference in show-jumping breeding, known for quality, character, and long-term athleticism.

Today, Eric combines his roles as trainer, breeder, and mentor, guiding horses and riders with the same precision and passion that defined his own career.

Margaux Spitzer – USA Sales

Connecting European quality with American riders — the bridge between Beaufour and the U.S

Recognized in the United States through Papillon Sales Horses, Margaux Spitzer serves as the essential link between Haras de Beaufour and the North American clientele. With extensive experience in the U.S. hunter, jumper, and equitation circuits, she selects Beaufour horses whose temperament, movement, and rideability align perfectly with the expectations of American riders.

Margaux oversees the entire sales process: selecting horses, monitoring their development, guiding clients, and matching each horse with the right rider. Known for her professionalism and transparency, she ensures that every horse is presented thoroughly and transitions smoothly into its new career in the United States.
